It's got a big screen: 4 inches compared with the Oregon's 3".
It's got a 5 megapixel camera, compared with the Oregon's 3.2 MP. (Note that the iPhone 4 has a 5 MP camera.)
It has 3.5G of internal flash memory and accepts microSD cards.
It can share data wirelessly with other compatible units (see my previous post, here).
it comes with a lithium ion battery but it can also use three (3) AA batteries (up from two in the Oregon).

It's WAAS enabled and handles paperless geocaching and is IPX7 water resistant and all the usual stuff: 3-axis compass and barometer.

It can give spoken driving directions when combined with the proper mount, and the display can be vertical or horizontal. This horizontal feature is new.

The MSRP for the 650t is $700. There are lesser models as well.
